Pendleton Art Center Open During NCECA

This year, the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) will be holding their annual conference in Cincinnati from March 15th -18th. NCECA is an organization dedicated to the advancement of ceramic art, education, and research which brings thousands of ceramic artists, educators, and enthusiasts together from all over the world. 

The Pendleton Art Center will open its doors to conference attendees and the general public to showcase the ceramic artists in the building. The hours will be Tuesday, March 14th – Friday, March 17th from 10am – 5pm. The Annex Gallery, across the alley, will also be open through that week, including Saturday from 10 – 2pm, housing 4 exhibitions and an opening reception on Friday evening from 5-9pm. 

The featured artists in the Pendleton Art Center during NCECA are Karen Heyl, Sue Cline, Marcia Fanthorp, Amy Roberts, Jan Weisner, Nancy Hopkins and Terri Kern. 

During NCECA, there will be 80 ceramics shows within the 275 Beltway the week of the conference. Click the button to see the NCECA city wide map.
